We provide four API-certified shaker screens in flat and wave styles. The framed screen features a high-strength steel frame and multi-layer stainless steel mesh, boasting stable structure and great vibration resistance for deep wells and offshore platforms. The hard hook screen with metal liners ensures high tension and precise screening, ideal for high-density and high-viscosity drilling fluid. The lightweight soft hook screen with rubber-coated hooks is easy to replace and cost-effective for shallow drilling. The composite screen combining metal mesh and polyurethane plate has prolonged service life, effectively avoiding clogging in high-sand formations.
The mesh size ranges from API 20 to API 400, covering common specifications such as 20, 60, 80, 100, 150, 200 and 325 mesh. Made of premium 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel, our screens are acid and alkali resistant as well as anti-aging, adapting to harsh onshore and offshore environments.
