Frame shaker screen
The steel frame shaker screen is mainly composed of the steel frame and 2 to 3 layers of screen cloth.Frame shaker screen is one commonly used drilling mud shaker screen at present.
There are two kinds of frame according to the frame material:steel frame and composite frame.The steel frame is made of high strength square steel or flat steel with reinforced support bars. The screen cloth can be joined to the frame by metal liner or directly bonded to the frame.The composite frame is made of high strength composite such as plastic,fibers,carbon and so on.
Frame screen has lots of styles made by different manufacturers,such as Brandt,Swaco and Tianrui.TR 585 drying shale shaker are equipped with TRF-3(the replacement of Swaco Mongoose)shaker screen,which is applied in the oil drilling pitless system to protect the soil from being polluted by the drilling mud.
