ХВSY Sand Pump Parts Sent to Azerbaijan
On March 7th, we completed a batch of XBSY sand pump parts. These parts are orders from client in Azerbaijan. After 15 days of production, we delivered these parts on time. These parts will be used for client’ SB6* 8ZJ-12 1/2 pump.

Mud Guns are Boxed and Sent Overseas
Three sets of TRNJQ50-3X mud guns and one set of TRVQL150 venturi ordered by Australian client in our company have been produced, boxed and sent overseas.
TRNJQ Series Mud Gun is a bottom type mud gun, it is meant to provide supplemental or primary mixing in mud tanks depending on the number being used and the pit size. They are best used in tank corners to keep solids from settling and a mud agitator is placed in the tank center.
The mud hopper is a new type of jet ejector device designed by combining the venturi tube with the original jet nozzle and funnel. It is not only simple in structure, but also has strong feasibility.
The mud gun ordered by the client this time is TRNJQ50-3X produced by our company. The main pipe of TRNJQ50-3X mud gun is 2-inch thick wall seamless steel pipe and 3 mud nozzles. The mud gun has the advantages of simple structure, flexible operation (360 ° omni-directional rotation), convenient use and long service life. It is an ideal oilfield mud gun to prevent mud precipitation.

100pcs of Replacement Derrick Hyperpool Screen Pyramid Type to Iraq
At Jan.12th, we received an order of 100 replacement Derrick Hyperpool pyramid screens,and after six days of production,we completed this batch of shaker screens for our old client. This is the third time he has purchased this type of screen. Usually shaker screen is fine mesh (single, dual or triple layered) used for filtering and separating drilling cuttings from mud(drilling fluid). It is of great importance to drilling efficiency. As for this order, it includes 100 pcs pyramid type with API50,80,100,140,170,200,230. Mesh sizes of pyramid shaker screen are smaller and thinner than that of the steel frame shaker screen. The fine mesh sizes maximize the solids removal capabilities of the screen. It is suitable for various types of shakers, such as linear motion shale shakers, elliptical and circular motion shale shakers. Polyurethane type screen panel is made of polyurethane sheet with high quality screen surface. This kind of screen is abrasion resistance and much longer service life than the Woven Wire Screen.

On December, we received an order from our Thai client who wanted to purchase some solid control equipment parts this time. Mud Agitators Exported to Kenya
Mud agitator is an ideal device for stirring, mixing liquid and preventing the solid-phase precipitation in the mixture. TR Solids Control could supply both horizontal and vertical type agitators. On Nov. 25th, 2pcs coupling type mud agitators are ready within 4 weeks in our factory. They are going to be exported to Kenya.

Motor power for this batch mud agitator is 4kw with explosion-proof standard.Stainless steel impeller diameter is 32″ with speed 60/72rpm. The structure of this kind agitator is compact and optimized, making it save space in drilling field. We adopt good heat exchange performance, this lets agitator faster cool down. In addition, we use turbo and worm gear speed reducer with the large torque transmission. The revolution is steady, it works reliably and has great merit.
