The Second Set of Fire Pump Set will be Sent to Nairobi
We received the second order from Nigeria old client last month. He has more requirements for the pump set than last order.We provide client with four different solutions, and the final model selected by client is EDJ200gpm@30m. After a month of production time, we delivered the equipment to our client.

200 Bolt Assemblies P/N 12048-00 Ready for Shipment
On July 8th, we completed 200 bolt assemblies P/N 12048-00. These parts are ordered from client in the U.K. After 20 days of production, we delivered these parts on time. These parts will be used for client’s Derrick shale shaker.
These parts will be arrived to Shenzhen Airport, China, and will continue to help client’s project.

Derrick Vacuum Degasser to be Shipped Abroad
The vacuum degasser is mainly used to remove the gas contained in the drilling gas influx mud and ensure the drilling safety and progress. In the hot summer, Derrick vacuum degasser produced by TR Solids Control is ready to be sent abroad.
Vacuum degasser is mainly divided into centrifugal degasser and jet degasser. At present, there are many manufacturers using centrifugal degasser in China, but there are few manufacturers processing and producing jet degasser. TR Solids Control is a manufacturer that can process and produce jet degasser. Jet degasser is mainly produced by Derrick. The jet vacuum degasser generates negative pressure in the tank, uses atmospheric pressure to press the mud into the tank, and the evacuation device continuously extracts the gas in the tank, so as to generate a fixed negative pressure in the tank. Then use the jet pipe to pump out the mud.
Jet degasser is a kind of drilling fluid degasser. Vacuum degasser is a new type of special equipment for treating gas invasion drilling fluid, also known as mud degasser. It can quickly remove all kinds of gas invaded into drilling fluid, and plays an important role in restoring the specific gravity of mud and stabilizing mud performance. When there is a large amount of gas cut mud to be treated and the mud gas cut is serious, we suggest adding a liquid gas separator at the front end of the vacuum degasser for treatment. Mongoose Composite Shaker Screens Delivered to New Thai Client
In oil gas and HDD industry, shaker screens are common spare parts of shale shaker, mud cleaner, desander and desilter. At the mid of June, we completed the package and shipment of Mongoose type composite shaker screens for our new Thai client. They will be used on client’s Mongoose PT shale shaker in client’s drilling sit.
Size of this 340pcs shaker screen is 585*1165mm, with mesh ranges from API 80 to API 230. This kind of screen is widely used in Swaco Mongoose shale shaker with wedge fastening device. It provides a significant increase in fluid capacity as well as excellent resistance to blinding providing dryer solids discharge and a larger net usable screen area. These screen panels are constructed with three layer 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers, steel backing plate and steel frame combined together. Because of different mesh size and hole size, it could get an better filtering effect.

6 Sets of Self-priming Pumps to Nigeria
Recently, we received the second order from Nigeria old client. His demand is same as last order,but increasing the quantity.100 m3/h self-priming pump with motor power of 22kw and 100mm for outlet and inlet.This will be used for pump out drilling mud / waste water from cellar / water pit.
Finally, the client purchased six 100zx100-40 Self-priming pumps and equipped with six BXK51 expansion proof starters from us.
In addition, the client purchased some vulnerable parts according to their own needs,including pump shaft, coupling, mechanical seal,impeller,rear cover.
After 20 days of production, we have delivered the goods to our client‘s freight forwarder.

Delivery of TRFLC2000-4 Linear Shale Shakers
On May 24th,TR Solids Control delivered three TRFLC2000-4 linear motion shale shakers to our Singapore client. The equipment have been assembled and tested, loaded and will be delivered to Qingdao Port.
Model of our linear motion shale shakers are TRFLC200-4 , fitted with 4 panels of 1050×695mm flat screens on the deck. Handling capacity is 140m3/h, with 2pcs 2.2kw explosion-proof electric motos installed. The overall screen area is up to 2.9㎡. Vibration strength is adjustable, and can be up to 7.0G. Since our customer required a series of high standards in design configuration production. We complete the production task comply with customer requirements and standards.

Pyramid Shaker Screens Shipped to Poland
Shaker screens are common vulnerable parts of all kinds shale shaker and mud cleaner in drilling industry. After 7 days’ preparation and production, we completed 20pcs customized pyramid shaker screens for old Poland customer. Last year, he ordered 10 samples from us and completed the test. This is his second repurchase order for their NOV Brandt shale shaker.
Dimension of these pyramid shaker screens is 915×1200 mm. Our client chose API 60 for larger sieving particles application. Since shipment by train is much faster and cheaper, they preferred this method to the station. Compared with hook strip flat and soft screen, pyramid shaker screen has more available screening non-blank areas. Test shows that the capacity of the shaker gets about a three-fold improvement due to the screen’s corrugations. While this screen still maintains the equivalent cut-point level of flat shaker screen. This application reduces the number of shakers. Thus less space and less cost are realized. OBM Drilling Waste Management System Finished

TRNG-70 Mud Storage Tank Produced by TR Solids Control is Delivered
Three sets of TRNG-70 mud storage tanks ordered by oil drilling client in our company have been loaded for client one by one and sent to the site designated by client.
The three sets of TRNG-70 mud tanks ordered by the client this time are used as mud reserve tanks at the drilling site. The three sets of TRNG-70 mud tanks are made of one 70m³ mud tank.It is composed of mud tank, three TRJBQ15 mud agitators, one 80YZ50-20 (5.5kW) submersible slurry pump and explosion-proof electric control system. This matching can prevent mud sedimentation by mixing with mud agitator, and transfer the mud in the tank to the place where it needs to be used by submersible pump.
